As a 100% employee-owned practice, partnership runs through everything we do. Ours is a workplace where everyone has a say, from recent graduates to project leaders. Clients are co-creators, partners in the process. This spirit of inclusivity on projects extends to communities and key stakeholders. And whether in the UK, Cyprus or Russia, we work as a single studio in three locations.
