This approach enables us to make a genuine commitment to long-life, loose-fit buildings whether for living, working, leisure or education and often combinations of several of these uses.

An embedded research culture, engaged in understanding the actual commercial and spatial requirements of our clients in their buildings, in the context of the specific local and wider urban concerns, enables us to develop new building typologies that address these issues directly.

Whether that involves integrating aspects of hospitality and flexible working into commercial workspace projects, or combining industrial and residential space on dense urban sites, the studio endeavours to develop solutions that are efficient, creative and original.
