Current construction progress of the Shermont Apart-Hotel – October–November 2025.

Construction of the “Shermon” Apart-Hotel has begun in Sheregesh, one of the most rapidly developing ski resorts in Russia. The project envisions the creation of a modern complex that meets current standards of comfort and functionality for year-round recreation. As part of the first phase, preparatory and construction works have already started on site. The implementation of the project will make an important contribution to the development of the region’s tourist infrastructure and will enhance the quality of services offered to visitors of the resort.
