Shermont Aparthotel and Spa

The Shermont complex is a large-scale resort project comprising 37 apartment hotels and chalet-style hotels located at the foot of Mount Zelyonaya in Sheregesh.

The apartment complexes are articulated in the Alpine chalet style, employing a natural material palette that harmonizes with the surrounding landscape. Their contemporary expression is accentuated through expansive panoramic glazing, framing breathtaking views of the mountain range, and generous lounge terraces that extend along the perimeter of each residence.

The project includes all the essential infrastructure for a comfortable stay: restaurants, conference halls, shops, equipment rental points, ski rooms, as well as a large thermal complex of over 10,000 m². It features outdoor pools, relax & spa areas, saunas, and bathhouse facilities.

The opening of the first apartment hotel with 302 rooms is scheduled for the beginning of the 2026-2027 winter season.
